This was a game of lost opportunities. After starting out to a 10 - 4 lead we
ended the 1st quarter only up two. The 2nd quarter continued the down hill
slide as Summit could only muster 7 points, 5 of the 7 coming from Missy
Kellog. We began to get our scoring touch back in the 2nd half, but Summit
was plagued with turnovers all during the 2nd half. At one point Summit went
three straight possessions without getting off a shot. On defense, Summit
seemed unable to keep PH from getting the ball inside where PH got most of
their points.
Missy Kellog, who is rapidly developing into an impact player, and Ayesha
Burney each had 13 points for Summit. Dzubeck led PH with 16.
