This one wasn't a thing of beauty and in spite of that Summit almost pulled it
out. Consider the fact that Summit has been averaging 23.9 points per game
from the guard combination of Burney and Proper. Today the total from them
was only 8. Free throws really killed us. Parsippany Hills made the majority
of their FTs while Summit hit only 4 of 15. It wouldn't have taken much to put
this in the W column. If this had been Match play we would have won, 3
quarters to 1, but that second quarter was a killer. In one stretch we seemed
unable to get the ball inbounds as we gave up 6 points in about 15 seconds.
