Summit took an 11-8 first quarter lead in and extended it each quarter to win this game going away. West Essex's Navarro was the only thiing that kept WE even close as he scored a game high 30 points. Summit's scoring was braodly distributed with four starters in double figures. Summit built the lead to to nine points in the 2nd quarter led by Chris Jones' 9 points. Jones went to the foul line 8 times in the quarter and sank 7 of the shots. For the season Jones has drained 15 of his 19 FT attempts.for a 79% average. Ryan Carey cracked the 20 point barrier for the second time this season with 21 points, and Dan Dugan and Jones were close behind with 18 and 17 points respectively. Summit hit 30 of 52 shots for a nice 58% shooting day. Alex Sprinzen led the rebounding with nine.
