Lost 2-0 Mendham scored very early in the first half on a nifty one touch off a corner kick. The game settled into a very defensive struggle for Summit, with few scoring opportunities for either team. Though most of the play was in Summit's defensive half, Summit hung in until a 2nd goal with almost no time remaining sealed the deal. Mackenzie Clark was outstanding leading the effort. |

Summit prevailed in the shoot-out 3-1 as Beth Dickey, Shante Cofield and Karen Jann provided the margin of victory Dickey had 6 saves during the regulation and overtimes. Ashley Holmes allowed only one shot into the net during the shoot-out. |
