There are really two stories to thins game. The first is that the Summit bats, with one exception, were silenced by one of the top teams in Union county. The other is that Kyle Dobiszewski, recently brought up from the JVs, pitched a complete game against a hard hitting team and acquitted himself very well. He allowed 9 hits and walked only 1 batter. In the 5th inning he very nicely pitched himself out of a jam. The lead off hitter tripled and Dobiszewski then issued his lone walk to put runners at 1st and 3rd with no one out. He got the next batter to pop up for the first out and then got the next hitter to hit into a 6-4-3 double play. A nice piece of work. The exception to the silent bats was Paul Krupa who went 4 for 4 with 3 singles, a double and both RBIs. Summit's runs came in the 7th. Eric Smith and Zach Barber drew back-to-back opening walks. They both came home on a deep single to center by Krupa.
