Summit won the Holiday tournament with an impressively easy victory over Chatham. Again, Summit's tough defense led to a barrage of steals and baskets in transition. Dwight Reid and Dwayne Reid, with 13 and 12 points respectively, helped Summit take a 33-15 lead at halftime.
In the 2nd half Chatham was held scoreless until the final minute of the 3rd quarter while Summit racked up 19 points and blew the game wide open. As in the first game of the tournament, much of the 4th quarter was played by the JV starters.
