After a slow start in the first two minutes, the pressure defense kicked in and Summit roared to a 25-9 lead. Alex Sprinzen scored all of his game high 15 points in the 1st half as Summit ended the half with a 23 point lead. The starters found limited action in the 2nd half and even so the lead grew in each quarter. It was hard to believe that this was the same team that had a scare from Parsippany in their first meeting and managed only a 6 point victory.
Four players, Sprinzen (15 pts), Dwight Reid(11 pts), Dwayne Reid(10 pts), and Wellington Smith (10 pts), were in double figures. Smith led the rebounders with 7.
