Summit featured a strong 4th quarter to come from behind to defeat St. Peters Prep. Dwayne Reid (11 points) and Wellington Smith (10 points) provided the offensive power to give Summit a slim 30-29 lead at half time. Summit maitained the one point adavantage (35-34) until late in the 3rd quarter, but St. Peters scored the last 4 points and entered the final quarter with a 3 point lead. Smith opened the quarter with a field goal and a free throw to tie the game. Chris Dean added two free throws before St. Peters scored to tie the game again. Anthony Rea grabbed a rebound and scored to put Summit back in the lead. After St. Peters had again tied the score, Reid took charge, scoring the next 7 points (a 3-pointer, a field goal and 2 free throws). Two more Reid freethrows and a field goal by John Alpizar clinched the victory.
Reid led the scoring with 22 points and Smith had 15 points and a season high 13 rebounds.
