Summit played Parsippany even in the 1st half and ended the half down by one (22-21). Parsippany had a good 3rd quarter and the Summit deficit grew to 8 points. Summit rallied in the 4th quarter fell 4 points short. However, it represented a significant improvement over the 11 point loss in their first meeting on Summit's home court.

Danielle Scott and Julia Turner led the Summit offense with 14 points. Allison Cahott also was in double digits with 12 points.

JV Result

Summit 37- Parsippany 35

The JV squad played their best game all season fighting off the Parsippany team with a 37-35 victory. This was a total team effort as many players contributed to the final score. Renee Freeden led all scorers with 13 points in the paint followed by Megan Osmulski with 9, while Sky DiRuggiero and Amy Bariexca laid in 6 each.

The Lady Hilltoppers will face West Essex at home on Thursday at 5:30pm.
