Tue12/2 Stuart Counry Day Won 4-0 Katie Starker recorded her first career shutout as the lady Hhilltoppers opened their season with a 4-0 win over Stuart Country Day. Kelly Kenyon, Abbe Breene, Sarah Baker and Jackie Grabowski all scored goals in support of Starker's 31 save performance.
Thu 12/11 Rye Country Day Lost 8-1 The lady hilltoppers fell behind 7-0 after one period but rallied to keep the game even the rest of the way. Kelly Kenyon scored the lone Summit goal on assists from Sarah Baker and Abbe Breene while Katie Starker stopped 18 shots in net.
Fri 12/19 Mo Beard Lost 13-1 The Lady Hilltoppers could not match the offensive firepower of the Lady Crimson. Mo Beard threw 48 shots on net on their way to a 13-1 win. Sarah Baker had the lone goal for Summit.
Sat 12/20 Pingry Lost 10-8 In an offensive game with many lead changes Pingry finished on top outscoring the Lady Hilltoppers 10-8. Amanda Selwyn and Julia Castellanos both scored their first career goal and Sarah Baker and Kelly Kenyon both contributed hat tricks to account for the Summit offense. Katie Starker stopped 51 shots in the Summit net.
Wed 1/7 Princeton High School Lost 9-2 The flu bug hit the lady hilltoppers and forced them to skate with a short bench. Despite a valiant effort by all nine skaters the team could not keep up with the lady tigers. Sal Baker scored in the second period of a feed from Lauren DeMetro and then hit on short handed on a goal mouth scramble started by hard work by Abbe Breene. Katie Starker stopped 44 shots in the Summit net.
Sat 1/10 Hill School Cancelled
Sat 1/17 Princeton High School Lost 8-2 Julia Castellanos converted a beautiful feed from behind the net off the stick of Sal Baker in the first period. Baker netted a rebound off a point shot by Kristen Dinsmore in the second to account for the Hilltopper scoring. However, this was not enough to match the high powered offense of the Lady Tigers as they tested Katie Starker with 30 shots on net.
Sat 1/24 Princeton Lost 7-3 Being outshot 41 to 4 the Lady Hilltoppers found themselves down 5-0 after two periods.Then in the third period they staged a rally behind two goals from Sal Baker and a goal and two assists from Abbe Breene. The rally was too little too late as the game ended in a 7-3 defeat. Katie Starker stopped 44 of 51 shots thrown on the Summit net.
Mon 1/26 Beacon Hill Club Lost 4-0 The Lady Hilltoppers could not generate much offense and were outshot 52 to 4. Katie Starker stopped 48 shots in the Summit while Ella Thompson registered the shutout for Beacon Hill.

Mon 2/2 Princeton Day Lost 9-0
Wed 2/4 Beacon Hill Club Tie 5-5 Summit fought back from a three goal deficit to take the lead 5-4 with 4:50 left in the third when Julia Castellanos netted a rebound off a shot by Jackie Grabowski. However, the Lady Hilltoppers could not hold the lead as Beacon Hill tied the game with one minute left when they scored on a rebound while their goalie was on the bench and an extra skater was on the ice. Abbe Breene and Sal Baker both chipped in with two goals with Kelly Kenyon making a beautiful pass to Baker on one of her scores. Katie Starker stopped 47 shots in the Summit net.
Sat 2/7 Pingry Bayonne 1:45pm
Wed 2/11 Rye Country Day Lost 4-1 The Lady Hilltoppers finished their season with a strong effort falling 4 to 1 to RCDS. Kristen Dinsmore, Jackie Grabowski, Carla Carpenter and Lauren DeMetro contributed strong defensive efforts in front of Katie Starker (38 saves). Sal Baker scored the lone Summit goal.
