Summit got off to a good start, leading 10-5 until the waning moments of the 1st quarter when dover nailed a 3 pointer at the buzzer to cut the deficit to 10-8. Unfortunately, Danielle Scott picked up her 4th foul late in the 2nd quarter which seemed to freeze Summit's offensive output. With Scott out, summit entered the 3rd quarter down by 5 (25-20) but the worst was yet to come. Summit was unable to get its offense into gear and Dover hit consistently from the outside launching a 20-7 run which all but sealed the contest.
Renee Freeden Led the Summit scorers with 12 points and Meghan Osmulski added 11.
