1 - No more than 10 innings in a four day period.
2 - If a pitcher throws 6 or more innings in a game he must sit for 3 days.
3 - If a pitcher throws 5 innings in a game he must sit for 2 days.
4 - If a pitcher throws 4 innings he must sit for 1 day.
5 - If a pitcher throws 3 or fewer inning he may pitch the next day
