Mon 04/03 4:00PMMorris Hills High H Lost 10-0 Danielle Scott pitched the entire game ending with two strike outs. When she came up to bat she was dominate and stole a base. Another dominante player in the game was Liz Clark with an amazing catch in the first inning in center field followed by an amazing hit when she stepped up to bat. Though summit lost their first game their overall playing was terrific. (reporting by Richard Hendrickson) Lost 12-2
Wed 04/05 4:00PMWeequahic High A Won 31-8: Summit had a homerun game with three batters including Sarah Butters, Liz Clark and Danielle Scott, hit home runs. Danielle Scott hit a base clearing grand slam to further Summits lead. Everyone played a great game ending in a overwhelming victory for summit. (Reporting by Krista Hendrickson)   
Tue 04/11 4:00PMParsippany Hills ALost 11-8: Even though summit was defeated at Parsippany Hills it was the most exciting game yet. Summit was amazing with their batting including Sarah Butters hitting a home run in the 7th inning. Other great hitters included Daniele Scott, Rebecca Hendrickson, Liz Clark and Melissa Scott. Melissa Scott also scored each time she steped up to the plate. Although Summit lost they had played their best game of the season and are looking even better for the games to come. Wed 04/12 4:00PMRidge High HLost 11-2: The Varsity squad lost a unfortunate game but they went down with a bang. Liz Clark contributed with an amazing diving catch in center field. Both Liz Clark and Sarah Butters helped out batting with doubles. Towards the end of the game Summit Varsity Softball seemed to be on a roll with great hits from Rebecca Hendrickson, Danielle Scott and Rachel Cohen, but it was not enough to give the girls their victory. (reporting by Richard Hendrickson) Lost 4-2 
Mon 04/17 4:00PMChatham High HLost 10-0: The girls faced a tuff game against Chatham but worked hard to try and beat them. With strong hits and great infield and outfield playing from a few girls, summit seemed together. They just seemed to miss key plays that evidently cost them the game. Wed 04/19 4:00PMMendham High ALost 10-4: The girls looked good in the first few innings but then seemed to lose it in the third inning. But summit made a great comeback when they scored four runs in one inning but they couldn't catch up with the early lead that Mendham had gotten. Summit looked good defensively with great catches from Rachel Cohen, Liz Clark, Rebecca Hendrickson, Danielle Scott, and Jen Callahan. (Reporting by Krista Hendrickson)  Lost 8-0
Fri 04/21 4:00PMHanover Park HLost 9-8: Summits best game yet as the girls took the field. The girls stayed eye to eye with Hanover Park for the first three innings, which included a solo homerun for Rebecca Hendrickson. In the bottom of the fourth inning Hanover got a 5-2 lead over summit but the Summit came back in the next inning to tie the game thanks to Liz Clark's triple and Sarah Butters hit to the left field. Then summit grabbed the lead in the bottom of the sixth inning when Jen Callahan scored. Yet at the top of the seventh Hanover Park managed to score four runs giving them a 9-6 lead. Summit scored two more times in the bottom of the 7th, not giving up, but fell one run short.(Reporting by Krista Hendrickson)  Lost 17-5
Wed 04/26 4;00PMMorris Hills ALost 2-0 Summit girls Varsity was looking good defensively when they let no run score up until the sixth inning. Danielle Scott was on fire with amazing pitching and only allowing three hits and four strike outs. Morris Hills just seemed to have a great pitcher that the girls where unable to score on. Summit ended the game playing their best defense yet. (Reporting by Krista Hendrickson)

Thu 4/27 4:00PM West Essex A Lost 10-0: Summit had trouble hitting against their second hard pitcher in a row. The Girls played another great defensive game holding them close till the end of the game. With continuous catches from Liz Clark and Sheller Hinkle the girls looked good.
Fri 04/28 4:00PMWeequahic - No JV Team HWon 14-2 Gina Steletto's 3rd inning homerun resulted in 3 runs and gave Summit a 12-0 lead. Liz Clark went 2 fo4 including a double and scored 4 runs.  
Sat 04/29 12:00PMOak Knoll School-Varsity ALost 12-7: Summit faced another tuff team and made a few errors that cost them the game. They never gave up hope though with Jen Callahan hitting a three run home run in the seventh inning to make the final score 7-12. Summit looked good with great hitting also from Liz Clark and Danielle Scott. 
Mon 05/01 4:00PMWest Essex HS H Lost 8-1 Summit had a tough game but Liz Clark had a solo home run after she had run to third and their was an error. Summit seemed to warm up to West Essex's pitcher in the later innings but couldn't score girls in. 
Wed 05/03 4:00PMDover ALost 7-0: The girls played a great game till the seventh inning where a few errors cost them the game. Some great defensive plays where made by Rebecca Hendrickson behind the plate and Lauren DeMetro at second. Rachel Cohen helped the team out with some good hits but the girls just couldn't score. Lost 20-9
Thu 05/04 4:00PM Plainfield A UCT Lost 8-0 Liz Clark went 2 for 3 in a losing cause. Plainfield (7-9) advanced in this preliminary game in the Union County Tournament
Fri 05/05 4:00PMParsippany Hills H Lost 3-0 Summit looked great holding Parsippany to three runs but couldn't score off their pitcher. Liz Clark stepped up to the plate and took on the role of pitching and only walked two people by the end of the game. 
Sat 05/06 3PM Dover Lost 7-0 Summit just couldn't hold Dover making little mistakes that seemed to cost them the game.Danielle Scott hit well going two for three with two singles. Lost 17-7
Mon 05/08 4:00PMChatham High ALost 8-4  Summit took a tough loss with Chatham at home on Monday. It seemed to be a close game with a tie score of 3-3 but Chatham girls broke the game open with scoring five runs in one inning. Every girl tried their hardest but they couldn't make up for that one tough inning. This was a significant improvement over the 10-0 loss in their first meeting.Won 5-3 
Wed 05/10 4:00PMMendham High HLost 10-0 The girls played a good team and couldn't seem to hold the Mendham players. Yet Danielle Scott played her best game yet as Summits pitcher got countless people out. She also ended with a double when she stepped up to bat. Even with Liz Clark and Rebecca Hendrickson's good hitting, Summit just couldn't score.  Lost 11-2
