Summit Broke a 0-0 tie in the top of the 3rd. Donnally got a one out single and Lackaye followed with another single. A fielder's choice erased Lackaye but scored Donnally. Eric Della Piazza singled to score Chang. Tim Spangler was safe on an error that moved Della Piazza to 3rd. Westphalen led off with a single and was sacrificed to 2nd. Kevin McAvey proceeded to loft a home run to left center to make the score 5-0.
