With only 4 minutes remaining in the game Summit held what appeared to be a comfortable 15 point lead. Over the final 4 minutes Summit failed to score another field goal. Meanwhile Hanover Park chipped away at the lead, aided by some suspect whistles by the refs and some sloppy turnovers on Summit's part. With 36 seconds left in the game Hanover had closed to within 4 points. Three free throws by Hanover Park and one by Chris Kehoe made it a 3 point game at the18 second mark. Travis Marchell made 2 freethrows with 6 seconds left to seal the victory. Hanover Park drained a trey with 1 second left to make the final score 63-61.
Tim Donnally had a huge night. In addition to his game high (and career high) 24 points, he was dominant on the backborads with 13 rebounds. Chris Kehoe contributed 15 points and 8 rebounds.
