Summit’s outstanding defense held Mendham down until the final quarter, and a huge offensive burst at the start of the game propelled the Lady Hilltoppers to victory at Mendham. Summit swept the season series with Mendham for the first time in ages. Leading the first quarter outburst was Shannon Murphy who hit a big three pointer, and finished with a game high 11 points. Melissa Scott and Emily Cristaldi helped keep Mendham at bay with their timely scoring.
