With the victory, Summit clinches a tie for the Iron Hills Conference title. Summit and West Essex each finished with 11-1 records in conference play. CeCe Cramer earned the shutout for Summit (14-3) with four saves. Mendham is 11-7.

Fri 11/07 Away Sectional Semifinals vs. Bernards 2:00PM
Won 2-1 Emily Pavlini staked Bernards to a one-goal lead early in the second half but bowed to Summit, No. 14 in The Star-Ledger Top 20, 2-1, in the NJSIAA/Schuylkill Valley Sports North Jersey, Section 2, Group 2 semifinals yesterday in Bernardsville.

Pavlini's goal 1:27 into the second half gave Bernards (18-3-1) a 1-0 lead. Faith Tully knotted the score for Summit (15-3) with 13:06 remaining in the second half. Beth Dotten scored the game winner with 7:51 left.

Summit will meet Johnson in the Sectional finals on Mon Nov. 10th
