The JV's kept their record unblemished at 6-0 turning back a determined Weequahic JV squad.
Summit's defense, led by Ryan O'Malley, Logan Jeffries, Sam Russell and Matt Stevens was outstanding. In the second quarter O'Malley tackled a Weequahic back for a loss causing a fumble which was recovered by Nolan Prinzen and returned for a touchdown.
Summit's offense managed one score in the first half on a 13 yard pass from Quarterback Chett Joffe to Alex Melendez. Melendez added the extra point.

Summit's final score came in the fourth quarter on a 42 yard pass from Quarterback Pat Huck to Marcel Godino. Melendez kicked the extra point to make it three for three for the day.

The JV's travel to Chatham next Monday to take on the Cougars JV team.
