Lost 13-7 Four unearned runs in the first inning were tough to overcome as the Hilltoppers lost their first game of the season 13-7 to Governor Livingston. Both teams went back and forth after the first but the early mistakes were too much to handle. Will Brenn pitched well in the loss. Good GL pitching silenced most of the Hilltopper bats.

Won 14-4 Travis Barr's 5 innings of one-hit ball was more than enough to lead the hilltoppers to a 14-4 win over Union catholic. Offensively, Both Andrew Perry and Jack Constant had RBI triples. Matt Scheer sealed the victory with a 3-run Homer in the top of the 7th inning. Alex Fiorito closed out the win for Barr going the 6th and 7th innings.

Won 13-12 8 innings of superb pitching by Will Brenn and Travis Barr were enough to seal the biggest win of the year for the Hilltoppers as we defeated the Cranford Cougars 13-12 in extra innigs. After trailing 7-0 in the second inning, the Hilltoppers managed a phenominal comeback to tie the game at 12 with 3 runs in the top of the 7th. In the top of the 8th, Andrew Mandelbaum hit an infield single which resulted on him reacing third due to a throwing error. Mandelbaum then ran home as the throw went to third as the go ahead run. Cranford put a man on third in the top of the 8 but Mandelbaum tagged him in a run down to win the game. Timely hitting and an attitude of never quick was the backbone of the HIlltopper offense.
