Summit exploded for 13 runs in the first inning and the outcome was never in doubt. Jay Crisfield started and was credited with the Win. However, Jack Mulcahy and James Baumeister split the final 2 1/3 innings holding North Plainfield scoreless. Pat Birosak had a single and his first home run of the season.
