What a crazy game. This game was played under the lights at the high school. It started at 7:03PM and didn't end until 10:15 PM. The 4th inning alone took over half an hour.

The lead changed hands 7 times. There were 22 base runners (11 by each side) who were there because they were walked or hit. At one point eight of Summit's first eleven runs were scored by players who were walked or hit by the pitcher. Of Oratory's first nine runs only 3 were earned runs.

Summit held an 11-10 lead heading inro the 6th inning. In the next two innings Oratory would score six runs on only one hit. It was a wild ride.

It should be noted that 7 of Summit's 12 RBIs were attrubuted to the the 6 and 7 hitters. Jamie Kennedy had 2 doubles (4 RBIs) and freshmen Tanner Fulton a single, a double and a triple (3 RBIs).

Summit dropped to 7-9 and Oratory improved to 10-6.
