Summit and Gov. Livingston battled through a very exciting game. Summit relied heavily on the 3 point shot while GL was dominant at the foul line. Entering the fourth quarter Summit was down 48-44, had hit 10 treys while GL was 10 for 10 on free throws. Ultimately free throws proved to make the difference . Summit started strong in the 4th quarter behind 2 points by Cris Cafiero , 5 points by Ba'Shawn Mickens and 3 by Jon Menendez. This gave Summit its first lead of the game 54-50 with 2:26 left in the game.
