Summit ran into an athletic, swarming and talented Rahway team. It didn't help that the Refs allowed a lot of latitude before calling fouls. Summit managed to stay close through the first quarter but fell to Rahway's strong defense and superior shooting as Rahway took a 16 point lead at the half. Summit managed to cut the deficit to 10 points in the 4th quarter, but Rahway poured it on to win going away.

Ryan Sweeney had his biggest game of the season. He drained five threes on his way to 19 points. Ba'Shawn Mickens was also in double digits with 15 points. Sweeney, Levi Glick and Robby Walsh each grabbed 5 rebounds.
