Summit used their pressure defense effectively to hold Livingston scoreless in the 1st quarter. At the same time the offense rang up 17 points. Mid-way through the first 8 minutes of the game it was pretty clear what the outcome was going to be. In spite of the lopsided score, summit did not have a good shooting game. Kate Martino (11 points) and Kelly Osmulski (10 points) managed to make it into double digits. Summit will meet New Providence in the Championship game on Thursday. |
