Summit travled to Whippany Park for the first time in recent memory. Whippany Park entered the came with a record of 4-2, but Summit grabbed a quick 17-6 1st quarter lead. The scoring was led by Mac Wiesner with 5 points and Robby Walsh with 4 points. Whippany Park played Summit even in the 2nd quarter and the score at the half was 28-17. Summit continued to grow the lead to 16 points in the third quarter and coasted to an easy victory. The Summit bench had lots of playing time in that 4th period.

For the first time this season Summit had three players in double digits, led by Wiesner with 17 points and Walsh and Ba'Shawn Mickens with 14 points. Walsh led the rebounders with 9 and played a great inside defensive game. He rejectd lots of shots and, in generaal, terrorized the Whippany Park shooters
