Won 2-1 (2OT) Dayton scored in the first half and led until the 80th minute when Jack McCarthy scored to send the game to overtime. With 17 second left in the 2nd overtime, Evan Kulpan's free kick was redirected by teammate Darryl Martin, then deflected off a Dayton defender before going in for the game-winning goal. Alex Dadourian made three saves for 6th seeded Summit.

Tied 2-2 Summit broke a 1-1 tie with about 6 minutes left in regulation but Union Catholic tied the game in the last minute. Union Catholic advanced by virtue of winning the shootout. Stewart Salazar and Darryl Matin scored for Summit.
