The 2013-14 Hilltopper basketball debuted before a packed and noisy Summit Gym. The two student bodies, standing at opposite ends of the gym, loudly taunted each other for the entire 32 minutes. The Pioneers began connecting with 3 point shots that allowed them to finish the half only one point down to Summit (25-24). Summit really turned it on in the 3rd Quarter, out scoring NP 18-9. Mac Wiesner led with 7 points. Sophomore Wayne Wong and Crotty each drained 3's and Walsh and Matt Fischetti each scored baskets. Summit entered the 4th quarter up 43-33.
