Summit traveled to TD Bank Park for its annual game with Parsippany in a lovely minor league park. Sadly, Summit suffered their first loss in the series. The main story of the game is that Summit’s pitchers walked or hit 17 batters over 6 innings. That is almost 3 free base runners per inning. It hard to win under those circumstances, even when you allow only 4 hits.

Matt Murdock scored Summit’s only run in the first inning.
