Summit took the lead midway into the first half and finished the quarter ahead 14-10. However, Summit really came alive in the second quarter. They stepped up both the defense and the offense to grow the lead to 14 points. Chip Roriston had his strongest half, leading the Hilltopper offense with 15 points. The second half allowed Summit to build the lead in every quarter and win going away. Will Schaffer’s eight 2nd half points led the way for Summit.
Roriston’s 19 points led all Summit scorers. Schaffer was also in double digits with 14 points.
Michael Kaelin grabbed 7 rebounds.
