Doubles: Lim(1)
Hit batters: Mutolo(1)
|
Summit played host to Linden and had a surprisingly easy win. Ben Lim pitched a great game, allowing only 1 hit and striking out 9 over the 6 innings.
Walks and throwing errors plagued the Linden Tigers. In the first three innings Summit scored 6 runs on only 2 hits, but with 2 Linden errors and 5 walks. Summit added three more runs in the 5th on 3 hits, plus two walks and a hit batter. That left the score 9-0 . One more run in the 6th ended the game. Fittingly, Lim’s walkoff single ended the game. |
