Summit traveled to Linden’s ball park, which happens to be the best high school venue to watch a baseball game in all of Union County. Ben Lim put on quite show on the mound. He dominated Linden and struck out 14 batters on the way to a 6-1 victory. That might have tied a Summit record (Will Schaffer had 14 k's in a game last year ), but unfortunately we will never know since “Most Strikeouts in a Game” is not a recorded record. Maybe we should start an new category. It was quite a pitching performance.

It is a good thing Lim was on the top of his game. While Summit managed 6 runs, 3 of those runs resulted from the four errors by Linden. The Linden pitchers allowed only 6 hits, all of the singles.
