Summit took on Immaculata in the finals of the PETER TIERNEY MEMORIAL HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT and it was a barn burner. Two quality teams battled through 3 overtimes before Immaculatta emerged the winner. The bottom line is that Summit was unable to stop Immaculata Jaden Honis who ended with 37 points, The majority in the three overtimes. During OT the visitors plan was just give him the ball and he would score or be fouled. He drained 16 free throws in overtime. Summit was not without it own heros. Malcom Sidebottom racked up 28 points. Will Hellings added 18 points including a key pair of 3's in the 2nd overtime. Eric Baier had 17 points including 6 of 8 free throws in the first two overtimes. Joe Lusardi was in double digits with 10 points. The Hilltoppers played a great game against a strong opponent.
