Tues 12/09 Holiday Tourney H
Mendham
Lost 6-5 Mendham(4-0) scored the winning goal with 2:29 left in the game. Ian Bell had 2 goals for Summit.
Sat 12/13 West Essex
South Mountain
6PM Won 5-2 Ian Bell continued to lead Summit's scoring as he picked 2 goals. Jack Blades, Andrew Natale and Scott Schroeder each contributed a goal. Matt Willkens had 15 saves. West Essex is 0-4.
Fri 12/19 Pingry Bridgewater 330PM Lost 5-1 Summit took a 1-0 lead on an early goal by Scott Schroeder, but that was the end of our scoring. Pingry came back with 5 unanswered goals. Pingry is 3-1-1.
Tues 12/23 Hudson Catholic H 830PM Lost 7-4 Matt Wilkens had 35 saves but it wasn't enough to stop Hudson Catholic (6-2). Jeff Garibaldi had a goal and an assist for Summit.

Tues 1/13 Tom River North H 830PM Lost 5-3 Summit started fast as Ian Bell scored twice and had an assist on a goal by Matt Tsaing.. Unfortunately Toms River North ( 6-3) scored 5 unanswered goals in the 2nd and 3rd periods. TRN is ranked 14th in the Star Ledger Top 20.
Thurs 1/15 Brick Memorial H 330PM Won 11-0 Summit went on a scoring spree with 6 goals in the 1st period. Ian Bell led the attack with 2 goals. Mike Nelson also scored a pair as Summit added 5 more in the 2nd and 3rd periods. Jeff Garibaldi had 1 goal and 3 assists. Brick Memorial is 0-9.

Tues 1/20 West Essex H 830PM Won 3-1 Mike Nelson scored off an assist by Andrew Natale early in the 1st period, but WE came back to tie the score in the 2nd. Ian Bell and James Bicca each scored in the 3rd to ice the victory. Dana Henderson had 25 saves in goal and Scott Schroeder was credited with 2 assists. WE is 3-7.
Thur 1/22 Cranford H 330PM Won 7 - 0 Scott Schroeder had a hat trick and Ian Bell had three assists. Matt Wilkens had 12 saves to gain the shutout. Jack Blades, Dave Haire and Andrew Natale also scored for Summit.

630PM Won 7 - 2 Summit stretched its winning streak to 5 games as Ian Bell scored twice and Mike Nelson had a goal and two assists.
Tues 1/27 Westfield H 830PM Won 6 - 2 Summit won a 6th in a row. Ian Bell, Summit's leading scorer, had a hat trick and Jack Blades contributed 2 goals. Matt Wilkens had 27 saves in goal.
Wed 2/4 Westfield H 830PM Won 5 - 3 Summit continued on a roll winning its 7th straight game, and 9 of their last 10. Andrew Natale had 2 goals and Schroeder and Bell each had a goal and an assist. Matt Wilkens made 22 saves. Westfield's record is now 11-9

845PM Lost 6-3 Our winning streak has come to an end. Hudson catholic (11-4) jumped to a 4-0 lead in the 2nd period. Andrew Natale contributed 2 goals but our rally fell short.

Thurs 2/19 Westfield Lost 5-2, West field avenged two earlier losses to Summit and knocked Summit out of the Van Cott Cup tournament. Westfield broke out of a 2-2 tie in the third with 3 goals. Schroeder and Bell scored for Summit.
Sat 3/7 Morristown (NJSIAA) Won 2-0 Matt Willkens had a great game in goal stopping all 27 shots he faced, including 11 in the final period. Goals by Jack Blades and James Bicca gave Summit the win. Andrew Natale and Aron Bell had assists
Mon 3/9 Brick (NJSIAA) Lost 8-0 Summit was shutout by #1 ranked Brick
