Summit fell behind 0-5 in the first few minutes of the
game, but then came roaring back to take a 33-18 halftime lead.
The surge was powered by Stephanie Bruce's 10 points and
Marissa Kellog's 9 points. Summit's spirits were severely
dampened when Bruce went down part way through the 2nd
quarter with a badly twisted ankle. She sat out the rest of the
game, her ankle wrapped in ice. The 2nd half was never close and
the only issue was the size of the final margin. Kellogg's
22 points set a personal as well as team record for the season.
