Summit advanced to Friday night's next round game against
Chatham with an easy victory over Newark Tech. Chatham drew the
2nd seed so the game will be at Chatham. Stephanie Bruce
hit 12 of her team high 16 points to lead Summit to 23 point
lead. The lead grew to 32 points entering the 4th quarter. Newark
Tech closed the gap a bit in the 4th quarter against the Summit
reserves, but the issue was never in doubt.
Stephanie Bruce continued on her brillant free throw
streak. In the last five games she hasn't missed any of her 18
free throws. If you go back over the last seven games she has
