Freshman Boys Soccer traveled to West Orange to take on the undefeated freshman SHP Pirates. Goalkeeper Niko Oxenhan fended off an early barrage of SHP shots before going down 0-1. Sky Boggio tied it late in the first half off of a corner kick. Lucas Gomez found the back of the net over the head of the SHP goalie in the second half but SHP’s impressive counterattacks led to a 4-2 defeat. Freshman Hilltoppers are back on the road Monday, 10/25 against Westfield at 4pm.
