 Sat 4/3 Columbia 1PM @Tatlock Won 16-1 Summit unleashed a powerful scoring effort and coupled it with a great defense that held Columbia scoreless until far into the 2nd half. Odette Nemes started at Goalie and rejected all the shots the defense allowed to get through. Kelly Boehmer took over the goalie chores in the 2nd half. Summit scoring was: Liza Hillenbrand-5; Erin Beaumont-3; Alie Carey and Christina Curiale 2; Karin Bennet, Caroline Cooper, Katie Ardington and Rachel Krom -1
 Tue 4/6  West Essex H Won 10-2 Summit jumped to a 5-0 halftime lead on three goals by Liza Hillenbrand and one each from Alie Carey and Erin Beaumont. With 15 min. left in the game, and with the score 7-0, WE managed their only two goals of the game. Hillenbrand finished with 4 goals, Beaumont and Cristina Curiale with 2 goals, and Carey and Eva Horn with one goal.
 Thur 4/8  Mendham A Won 16-6 Alie Carey and Cristina Curiale led Summit with four goals apiece. Summit opened a 9-2 halftime lead and coasted to the win. Liza Hillenbrand had three goals and Lydia Robinson scored twice. Eva Horn, Rachel Krom & Erin Beaumont each scored 1 goal. Kelly Boehmer had 10 saves as goalie.
 Sat 4/10 Mt. Lakes 1PM@Tatlock Won 10-7 For the first time this year Summit found itself behind in the 2nd half.. The teams scoring alternately to a 4-3 Summit lead at the half (led by Cristina Curiale's 3 goals). At the start of the second half ML scored consecutive goals to take a 5-4 lead. Then Liza Hillenbrand (3 goals), Alie Carey (2 goals) and Curiale (1 goal) scored six unanswered goals to put the game in the win column. Curiale had a total of 4 goals.
 Mon 4/12  Madison A Won 18-9 Liza Hillenbrand scored three times and had three assists as Summit picked up an easy win. Cristina Curiale and Erin Beaumont contributed five goals apiece and Katie Bowman scored twice.
 Tue 4/13  Montclair-Kimberly H Won 15-3 Alie Carey led the summit scoring with 4 goals while Erin Beaumont add three goals. Cristina Curiale and Katie Ardington each scored twice.
 Fri 4/16 Dwight Englewood H Won 13-1 Liza Hillenbrand enhanced her team leading scoring with five goals, she now has 23 goals. Erin Beaumont scored three time. 
 Sat 4/24 Mendham 1PM @Tatlock Won 9-1 Summit led by only 2 goal (3-1) at the half but scored six unanswered goals in the second half. Alie Carey had 3 goals and an assist and Lydia Robinson also scored 3 goals. Liza Hillenbrand scored and had 3 assists. The defense only allowed 6 shots on goal.
 Mon 4/26 Mt. Lakes A Won 10-9 Click here for S-L game writeup. Erin Beaumont scored twice to put Summit ahead 2-0 but ML answered with two goals. Summit then ran off 5 straight goals (Liza Hillibrand (2),Alie Carey,Erin Beaumont,an Lydia Robinson) to grab a 7-2 lead. However, ML closed to within three before Carey scored off an assist from Hillenbrand. In the second half Karen Bennett scored to make it 9-5. After 3 ML goals, Beaumont scored to restore a 2 goal lead (10-8). After another ML goal Summit ran out the clock.

 Tues 5/4 Dwight Englewood A Won 12-5 Erin Beaumont and Cristina Curiale each scored a hat trick to kead Summit. In addition, Beaumont was credited with 4 assists. Lydia Robinson had 2 goals.
 Thur 5/6 Monclair-Kimberly A Won 13-3: Lydia Robinson had 2 goals and 3 assists; Cristina Curiale and Erin Beaumont each scored 2 goals and had 2 assists. Katie Ardington also had 2 goals.
 Mon 5/10 West Essex Won 11-5 (Click for star-ledger Photos) Summit rolled to a 6-0 lead in the 1st half, but Ramapo rallied to make the score 6-3.  After a Summit timeout, Liza Hillenbrand (playing with an injured thumb and a cut over the eye) scored two goals in 26 sec. Caroline Cooper, Lydia Robinson and Kate Ardington eached added a goal to put the game away.
 Tue 5/11 Chatham A Won 17-2 Summit scoring was led by Alie Carey, Erin Beaumont and Lydia Robinson as each scored three times. 
 Thur 5/13 Oak Knoll H Won 16-5 Seniors Cristina Curiale and Liza Hillenbrand led Summit to victory in the regular season final game. Each scored 4 times. Katie Bowman contributed 2 goals and Alie Carey and Erin Beaumont had 1 goal and 2 assists.

1st Round,
State Tourney
Won 17-8 Liza Hillenbrand and Cristina Curiale continued to do what they have done all season, lead Summit to victory. Hillenbrand scored five goals and Curiale three. 
 Tue 5/25 West Windsor
2nd Round
State Tourney
Won 18-6 Summit took an 8-3 half time lead and added 6 more in the in the first five minutes of the second half to put the game away. Lydia Robinson scored 3 of her game high 5 goals in that 5 minute period. Robinson also had 2 assists. Liza Hillenbrand scored 4 goals and 2 assists. Erin Beaumont was close behind with 3 goals and 3 assists. Cristina Curiale also scored 3 times.

Quarter Finals
State Tourney
Won 13-4 Erin Beaumont opened the scoring after 90 sec. on an assist by Liza Hillenbrand. However, the crowd was quieted when WE scored 90 sec later. But Hillenbrand and Cristina Curiale came through with two goals apiece during a 5 min. stretch. to make it 5-1. Alie Carey scored on an assist from Beaumont and Curiale added another goal as the half ended 7-3. Summit outscored WE 6-1 in the second half with Beaumont having three assists, two to Hillenbrand and another one to Alie Carey. Curiale and Katie Bowman completed Summit's scoring. Bowman dominated the face offs with Summit winning about 80%. Hillenbrand and Curiale led the scoring with five and four goals respectively.
 Wed 6/2  Mt. Lakes
Semi-Finals
State Tourney

Won 9-6 Liza Hillenbrand scored the first of her game high 4 goals in the first 70 seconds. But Mt. Lakes came back to tie 10 sec. later. Hillenbrand scored again 5 min. later, but again Mt. Lakes tied it up about a minute later. Not to be outdone, Hillenbrand scored her 3rd straight goal to make the score 3-2. Summit finally opened a 2 goal lead when Lydia Robinson scored off an assist from Hillenbrand. Mt. Lakes wasn't about to fade and made it a one goal margin with 8 min left in the half. A goal by Rachel Krom at 4:28 off a pass from Cristina Curiale allowed Summit to take a 5-3 into the halftime break.

The second half began with a flurry as Mt. Lakes grabbed the face off and scored 14 seconds into the half. Ten seconds later Robinson hit Hillenbrand for her 4th goal and it was 6-4. Summit took the face off and Erin Beaumont got an unassisted goal just 12 seconds later. Three goals in the first 36 seconds. Curiale scored about 4 min later and Summit was suddenly up 8-4 and things looked pretty good for the Hilltoppers. Unfortunately Mt. Lakes didn't get the message as they scored the next 2 goals, and it was a ball game again. Happily, Hillenbrand passed to Curiale who scored to make it a 3 point game with 6 minutes left. Even though neither team scored again the play was furious and Mt. lakes had a number of chances to score, but the Summit defense prevailed.
